We'll help you manage the technical aspects, but we'd prefer that you retain ownership rights of aspects like your domain name(s), your online PPC ad campaigns, even your web hosting. We are more than happy to help you set any and all of these aspects up, and manage them on your behalf, as long as you choose to have us do so. The advantage to you in owning the "basics" of your online presence means that should you ever be dissatisfied with any of the teams providing you services, you have much more portability, and many more options, in detaching and selecting a different vendor. We help educate our clients on their own technology to whatever depth they want to go to, and we're helping client after client take back more control of the basic pieces of their online businesses.

We feel that the only way for a client to evaluate their success on the web, and to be able to make informed decisions about their web services providers, is for the client to have some working knowledge of the nuts and bolts of their online presense. To this end we are always available to answer client questions, and to point them to additional resources should they want to learn even more. We take more of an "open source" approach to the work we do for our clients - and with this approach, they're much better able to evaluate their online success, and to evaluate and appreciate our work for them!

As a client you can select the offerings which make sense based upon your current web and marketing needs. You won't be forced to buy into any sort of package of services.
